  • Assistant Coaches

The Assistant Coaches attend workouts and implement the directions of the Group Coaches. Any person serving as an Assistant Coach will have a NICA background check on file. New assistant coaches work with the Group Coaches to gain knowledge in our processes and procedures.
  • Ride Escorts

The position of a Ride Escort is to assist the groups in riding safely to and from the workout venues. The students leave school grounds in small groups. We prefer each group has two adults to get them safely to the workout venues. This is the warm-up part of the workout, with modest speeds. This is NOT racing to the venue. It is riding safely on public streets. Once at the venues (Valley View Trails, Browns Creek, Lake Elmo, etc.) the trained coaches take over. Ride Escorts will then help as needed for the workout, and then again escort the students back to school grounds. All Ride Escorts will have a NICA background check on file.
